HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP THE ARTWORK?
OLE UKENA STUDIO ships from the studio based in Bali, Indonesia. We recommend sending out the artwork without the frame for you to bring the artwork to a local frame shop to get stretched. Also, we will share with you an instruction to stretch Ole Ukena’s art piece yourself at home through e-mail.
Every international order is different, however, we will inform you separately through email according to the country, artwork size, as well as the packaging method you prefer.
WHAT ABOUT DUTY AND CUSTOMS?
PLEASE NOTE: OLE UKENA STUDIO does not pay any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. For customs information including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing please check with your local post office or on the web. Every country varies. OLE UKENA STUDIO is not responsible for any delays that may happen at customs.
IS ARTWORK AVAILABLE FRAMED?
We normally send Ole Ukena’s artwork without the frame. Although, it is possible to ship it with the frame upon request. The added cost of shipping, packaging for safe shipment, and insurance means that it would cost you more and be fully paid by you.
how to purchase the original ARTWORKS?
You need to send us an email of the original artwork request to studio@oleukena.com and we will send you the latest artwork private view link including the details and price.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY IF AN ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
If an item has been lost by the carrier en route to you, and if the shipping information you originally provided is correct, OLE UKENA STUDIO will attempt a refund. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for a package once an item has been marked as delivered or after a delivery attempt has been made. Due to the unique nature of the items we sell replacements are rarely possible, because of this we highly encourage you to have your orders shipped only to secure locations.
DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE ON PACKAGES?
OLE UKENA STUDIO does not automatically add insurance to a package but is happy to do so upon request. Simply email us at studio@oleukena.com after your order is placed to learn more.
THE ARTWORK I WANTED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE - CAN I COMMISSION A SIMILAR WORK?
Yes. Please send us a photo or the name of the artwork to studio@oleukena.com and OLE UKENA STUDIO will do the follow-ups directly via e-mail.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
To purchase original artworks we accept Paypal and Transferwise. After an agreement, we will send you an invoice including bank details via e-mail.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Free shipping worldwide and your shipment will be sent via EMS for regular shipping.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
OLE UKENA STUDIO ships from the studio based in Bali, Indonesia.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
Customs duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country - OLE UKENA STUDIO is not responsible for these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country.
We would recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about any materials that are included in your order that may be restricted in your receiving country.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please expect to receive your order within 4-6 weeks.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Sometimes it will take two days for the tracking information to show up if your order was sent via EMS.
WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you, or refusal to pay customs fees - OLE UKENA STUDIO does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent again, you will have to respectfully pay the shipping fees once again. We would love to help you here which is why it is important to provide us with the correct shipping information and enquire about fees beforehand - if you require help with this, you can ask us via email at studio@oleukena.com
WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?
OLE UKENA STUDIO is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays, such as bad weather, natural disasters, or clearance delays. The best thing you do in situations like this would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
HOW TO ORDER A SUIT THAT FITS MY SIZE?
After you click order, please email us at studio@oleukena.com to initiate to process and we will email you a measurement application, including the instruction on how to measure your body.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your order is confirmed, we will not be able to make any refunds. All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please email us at studio@oleukena.com
If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible. Please take the time to use our sizing guide before you purchase to prevent disappointment - we will not make any refunds due to incorrect fit, dissatisfaction with design, or color-way.
